Leda’s carefully crafted approach involves listening closely to her clients’ needs and working attentively to meet their objectives. She gives buyers and sellers total support throughout the entire process: handling all the administrative tasks that go along with a deal; preparing marketing plans, reports and board packages; coordinating appointments; and showing properties.

Born and raised in Sao Paulo, Brazil, Leda came to New York two decades ago to take her editorial fashion career a step further. After years working as a fashion journalist and stylist, Leda became a producer and location scout. Her experience researching to find the right spot, the special chair and the perfect model made her transition into real estate a seamless one. She knows how to find the perfect property or the ideal buyer, and when working with sellers she rapidly transforms interiors, bringing the best of them to light.

Leda’s extensive experience dealing with a wide range of clients in the fashion world-coordinating all the creative talent and handling celebrity aptitude-also gave her the skills needed to bring together every component of a real estate deal, including coordinating among lawyers, managing agents, co-op boards, mortgage brokers and banks. She has a wide network of contacts throughout New York and around the world, and speaks five languages: English, Portuguese, French, Italian and Spanish.
A West Village resident, Leda truly appreciates the historic architecture and vibrant culture of this legendary neighborhood. A lover of gourmet food, art, photography, and film, she is active in causes that support environmental preservation and animal rights.
