Could you please introduce yourself briefly? How was your office created?
Originally from Sainte-Maxime and with a decade of experience in real estate, I wanted to join the BARNES group in order to participate in the development of the network on the coast by opening our office in Sainte-Maxime, established since July 2020.
How is your office structured and what areas do you cover today? What type of services do you offer?
The BARNES office established in Sainte-Maxime, is mainly dedicated to the market of high end properties along the coast. Composed of a transaction department and a seasonal rental department, we cover the areas of Sainte-Maxime, Grimaud, Les Issambres, le Plan-de-la-Tour and Fréjus.
For a foreigner investor, why would you recommend Sainte-Maxime and what products or location would you suggest?
The town of Sainte-Maxime remains a good choice of acquisition and investment as much for its softness of life and its safety as for its direct proximity with Saint-Tropez. The capital gain is substantial and the rental profitability has a strong potential.
