Meet Patricia Haggerty

Patricia Haggerty is a real estate professional distinguished by her global perspective and relationship-driven approach. Raised between Chicago and New York City, she offers an innate understanding of premier markets and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business, where she was also a member of the Cross Country and Track & Field team.

During her time at USC, Patricia broadened her international perspective through studies at ESADE Business School in Barcelona during her junior year. She further developed a strong and far-reaching network through her involvement in Kappa Kappa Gamma.

Patricia began her career in private equity at CVC Secondary Partners, where she built a rigorous analytical foundation while working on complex, multi-million-dollar transactions. She has since translated this expertise into the real estate sector, with experience across New York City and the Hamptons, advising clients within highly competitive and discerning markets.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Patricia has traveled extensively through her passion for surfing, spending significant time in Indonesia, Sri Lanka, and Portugal alongside an international community. These experiences, combined with her professional background, inform her refined, globally attuned perspective on the international luxury real estate market.
